| DVD Forum、ダウンロードコンテンツに関するオプション規格を承認 | ||||||

DVD Forumは、11月29日に開催した「Steering Committee」の第36回会合の決議結果を公開した。 この中で、DVD-RにCSSを使用してコンテンツを記録するための「CSS Managed Recording」を承認。また、DVDビデオでダウンロードコンテンツに関するオプション規格として「DVD-Video Specifications Version 1.1: DVD Downloadable Video, Revision 1.0」を承認したほか、DVD-Rのファイルシステム規格 2.1、DVD-R DLのファイルシステム規格 3.0でも同様のオプション規格が承認された。
